Women in Government and Politics Oral History Initiative

In commemoration of the hundredth anniversary of the nineteenth amendment in 2020, the Kentucky Oral History Commission collected memories from civil servants, elected officials, campaign workers, legislative aides, strategists, club and association members, poll workers, lobbyists, and more, to document the contributions of women to the Commonwealth.
