History of Rosine, Kentucky: A Bluegrass Perspective
This project consists of interviews with residents of Rosine, Ohio County, Kentucky documenting the social/cultural context out of which Bluegrass music developed. The focus is on Rosine native Bill Monroe ("Father of Bluegrass"), Pen Vandiver, and other bluegrass musicians from Ohio County.
