Sisters, John Ella Dickerson and Willie Belle (Dickerson) Bibb, share their story of growing up in rural Logan County, Kentucky, and attending the Greenridge School, one-room school near Gordonsville. The sisters provide a glimpse into the lives of rural African Americans in the early 1900s, and share their unique perspectives as both students and teachers in the one-room school environment.
