22 minutes. Vivien Hoskins Reinhardt became the first woman Mayor in Oldham County in Pewee Valley in 1986 serving three consecutive terms. He background included being a probation officer for juveniles, juvenile drug rehab at Mallory-Taylor and Central Kentucky Treatment Center, volunteered at Pewee Valley Women's Prison working with the youngest female prisoners, City Clerk, City Judge, and the 1980 Outstanding Citizen of Oldham County. She is on the Tree Board of Pewee Valley and currently serves on the Board of Adjustments and Appeals for the city still keeping her campaign promise: To Keep Pewee Valley as It Is... A Rare Place Indeed".
