Morris Burton's perspective and memories of working with Public Service Commission (PSC). Burton discusses growing up in Somerset, KY, attending law school at the University of Kentucky and serving in the air force. His first job as a lawyer was with the PSC. Served first term with PSC from December 1957- September 1960. Burton also discusses his private law practice. As lawyer, he represented cases before the PSC. In 1965, he was asked to help out part-time until the PSC found a replacement and ended up serving 15 years. Describes the dedication of staff and commissioners. Discusses politics associated with PSC due to party appointees and nepotism.
