Dr. Frank O. Moxley, Ph.D. provides a detailed history of the Bowling Green and Warren County public schools. He graduate from State Street High School, Bowling Green, in 1926, and returned to teach there in 1931 after graduating from Wilberforce College in Dayton, Ohio. Moxley describes his experience in the Bowling Green schools as a student, teacher, and administrator.
