72 minutes. Walkup was born in Flatwoods. He attended Simons Bible College and at the time of the interview is a preacher. He recalls the Santa Fe Baptist Church having an old one-room school house. He discusses attending an all-white school and talks about channelling his anger into high school football. He also talks about the changes in teh community over time. His mother's maiden name is Boards and his father was Colonel Walkup. He was born in Columbia, KY in 1952
