This oral history collection documents the establishment of the Kentucky Agricultural Development Fund (KADF) and the impact it has had on Kentucky's agricultural industry with the loss of the tobacco program. The project has two focus areas, individuals who were instrumental in the establishment of KADF and producers who have received funding through KADF.
